白謡会は能楽・観世流の同好会で、白寿までをモットーに、謡曲・仕舞・舞囃子の稽古と発表会を行っています。

主宰者・平戸仁英氏のもと、会は40余年の年月を重ね、創立以来の会友から入会間もない人まで総勢60名に及ぶ会です。

能楽を長年にわたり研鑽した人や、著名な能楽師に指導を受けている人、また定年後の趣味として初めて習う人など、幅広い層のメンバーが其々の目的に合わせて、能楽の稽古に励みながらお互いに支え合い、親睦を図っています。

稽古は横浜市旭区白根を本拠地に、他に神奈川区や南魚沼市・長崎市・熊本市の各地で行い、成果の発表は合同で、横浜能楽堂本舞台の春・秋の大会をはじめ、年6回ほど研究会を行っています。

隔年には、全国の由緒ある能楽堂での発表会も行い、その際は謡跡巡りや観光など、親睦を兼ねた愉しい旅行をしています。また季節に応じて観梅、観蛍などの行事と合わせた謡会もあり、能楽を幅広く楽しむことができます。

Hakuyou-kai, a group of amateur people practicing and enjoying Noh of Kanze style, consists of almost 60 various members from veterans to beginners.

We wish to contribute to international mutual understandings by letting foreigners to know an excellence and wonder of Noh play as a Japanese classical entertainment.

To do so, we performed a part of Noh play in Munich Germany in 2007, at a Noh theater in Eix-en-Provence,France in2008,and at the Yokohama Noh theater as a part of international cultural exchange program in 2009.

Hakuyou-kai will continue to do international cultural exchange and we welcome foreigners who are interested in Noh, to join our group.
